How can I initiate a return?

Visit our Returns page, enter your order information, and follow the guided steps. We’ll help you through the process from start to finish.

How will I know if my return has been approved?

Once we've inspected and approved your return, you'll receive an email with refund details or confirmation of your exchange.  

What are the return eligibility criteria?

Items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags. Returns should be requested within the return period. Worn, damaged, or altered products are not eligible.

When can I expect my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return passes inspection and are issued to your original payment method. A confirmation email will follow.

Can I cancel an individual item from my order?

Yes, you can cancel specific items as long as they haven't been packed or shipped. Simply go to your order summary and select the item to cancel.

How will I know if my cancellation was successful?

Once your cancellation is reviewed and processed, you’ll receive both an SMS and an email confirmation.  

Is it possible to cancel my entire order after placing it?

Orders can be canceled only if they haven’t been processed or shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you may request a return if it qualifies.

Can I pay using more than one method for a single order?

At this time, only one payment method is accepted per order. For a smoother checkout, please use your preferred mode of payment.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is on its way.       

How long does shipping take?

Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Timelines may vary due to courier issues, high demand, or unforeseen delays.    

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

Once your order is processed, we’re unable to make changes to the shipping address. Please double-check your details before completing the checkout.
